For this show Théâtre du Rugissant has set up a fantastic scenography that shows us the house of an unusual little boy, Giacomo. Coming inside the theatre, the spectator enters in a guignol booth as big as a 6-story dollhouse, with an elevator and the unavoidable concierges couple. A tragicomic universe bedecked with very lively neighbours. The place of two deeply distressing discoveries: love and exclusion. A journey in the world of ordinary nightmares, fragile instants which condition an existence... Songs and live music accompany the show. Come have a look through the peephole, it will blow you away!

In Théâtre du Rugissant the shows are a collective creation, where each one has its role, its specificity. In each new show they included several art fields, at the intersection of many artistic disciplines, but there is always the indispensable presence of live music, through the compositions by Natacha Muet, mixing the performer with the puppet manipulation in addition to an imaginary closely linked to the cinema.
The Théâtre du Rugissant is the result of an encounter between an actor and a musician and songwriter, Arnaud Vidal and Natasha Muet. In 1995, driven by a common passion for operetta, silent film and the traditional theatre machinery, they created their own company, Quarantième Rugissant (Cinerama), and decided to transform their caravan into a little place for shows, with the aim of reconstructing an “old cinema". They wanted to share their passion for the “arts forains” of the last century, but with the creation of today stories and songs.
At their first caravan they made shows like Cinérama, le plus petit cinema du monde. Since 2003 the Théâtre du Rugissant is based in Graulhet,for the creation of their new project “Théâtre Voyageur et Démontable” and the show Le Bal des Fous, in collaboration with Cie des Chiffonnières. Finally, as a magic box, the Cinérama caravan has grown with their creations, increased height, width and depth, until it reached the final form of “Théâtre Voyageur et Démontable”, a truly itinerant theatre.
